Once this information is given a rental agreement will be mailed with instructions.  The deposit is due as soon as possible and no later then 30 days after the booking.  You can pay by cash, visa, mastercard, or cheque.  The full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Before 30 days prior to arrival (balance not paid);

  • 20% of your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.  The balance of the deposit will be refunded by mail if sufficient advance notice to recover the full value of the booking.
Within 30 days prior to arrival (balance paid);
  • IN ALL CASES 20% of your payment will be retained as a cancellation fee.  If we are able to recover the full value of the booking, we will refund 80% of your payment.  If we are unable to recover the full value of the booking, 100% of your payment will be retained.
